Solóptica are eye care specialists, offering the best quality eye care and a specialized optical team with leading technologies in the optical market. Solóptica was founded in 1977 by two young entrepreneurs in the centre of Cascais where it has resided ever since. They sought to differentiate themselves by bringing together aesthetics and providing visual health services. They achieved this by bringing professional optical specialists into the high street alongside the product brands they offered.  This has continued to this day, with an Ophthalmologist doctor, Optometrist and Contactologist offering the specialized services required for the latest eye health care. In addition, Solóptica are official agents of the most representative and prestigious brands in the optical universe with exclusive, quality and customizable eye-ware products .

Solóptica has extended opening hours, a technical office that is always available, private parking and assisted access for people with mobility difficulties.

A TEXAS SCRAMBLE TOURNAMENT

Texas Scramble is a form of team competition in golf. In its purest, simplest form, all members of the team, which is normally made up of 3 or 4 players, tee off. 

After all have teed off, the team decides which drive is the best. From there, all members of the team place their golf balls where the chosen drive ended up, with all members playing a second shot from this spot.

From these second shots, one is chosen and all play a third shot from there - and so on until the ball is holed. Each team returns one score for each hole and the team with the lowest score for the round wins.
